The owner of a beautiful property in Wicklow called us because he wanted his house to look brand new and fresh once again. The task for us was the renovation of an entire 3-bedroom home, which also involved installing lighting fixtures where needed, besides the finishes requested by our client.
Because our client wanted to soundproof his house and improve its thermal insulation, we started with the installment of a dropped ceiling.
This type of ceiling has both an aesthetic and practical purpose, which fitted your client’s needs. Before finishing the ceiling, we soundproofed it as well so that no noise will interfere with the peace and quiet found on the inside. We also installed spotlights all over the house, taking advantage of the new dropped ceiling, so we could improve the amount of light needed around the house, especially in darker corners.
The kitchen got new tiles on the floor and a brand new splash wall that matched the existent colors. We also installed the new kitchen furniture as well, delivering a ready-to-use kitchen to our customer. The hallway was also refreshed with new tiles while the 3 bedrooms of the house and the upstairs hallway were improved with brand new laminate flooring, plus the entire house got new skirtings all over, for protection and better aesthetics. We enjoying bringing this house back to life and, judging by the small on the faces of the owners, they loved the outcome as well.
